3，Hidden feature: Emergency Stop Function
If you set the countdown timer to 20 seconds and want to open the upper heating platen at 10 seconds, simply tap the "-" key, and the upper platen will open. This is very useful when you're first testing the machine. Please see the Video ↓

4, How to reset the counter to zero

- The red number below the temperature and time on the digital control screen shows the total number of presses. When you want to reset it to zero, press and hold the "—" key until you see the red number return to zero, then release.

5, How to change the power switch:
1. Please turn off the power to operate
2. Before opening the cover and unplugging the wires on the original switch, please take a photo or record a video to record the original wiring sequence.
3. After installing the switch, please be sure to plug the wires back in the original sequence.
